Mark McMahonDuring his thirty-plus-year search career, Mark has completed more than 300 searches. Prior to forming McMahon Partners, Mark was the Partner responsible for Korn/Ferry International’s North American Supply Chain search practice.
He spent a total of twenty-three years with A.T. Kearney, where he led the Industrial and Supply Chain practices and served as Chairman of the Management Committee. His search career also includes tenure at Arthur Young and Fiderion. He began his recruiting career with EDS Corporation, where he served as a corporate recruiter and later as a recruiting manager.
Mark is a 1968 graduate of Belmont Abbey College, Belmont, North Carolina. After graduation, he served five years on active duty in the US Marine Corps, during which time he received a regular commission through meritorious augmentation. He resigned his commission as a Captain.
Matt McMahonMatt commenced his recruiting career as a researcher for Koll-Fairfield L.L.C., a regional firm. After his promotion to Manager in 2000, he founded and led their New Media/Interactive practice.
Matt served as a corpsman for a Marine Corps infantry platoon from 1992 to 1998, both on active duty and as a reservist studying at the University of Connecticut. He earned a bachelor's degree in history and culture.
Rick Lottie
Rick’s transition into executive search occurred with the formation of McMahon Partners. Currently, Rick provides the funding for a private corporation which licenses consumer products for worldwide distribution. Additionally, he provides partnership guidance for a firm participating in a Homeland Security grant with the University of Kentucky and serves on the advisory board of a privately funded software company. Originally a systems engineer, he progressed through management, sales, and various executive positions during a twenty-one year career with EDS Corporation—including a group executive role in which he was responsible for a $1 billion P&L and 4,200 employees. Rick also served in a variety of executive and officer roles for Perot Systems, MCI Systemhouse (acquired by EDS in 1999) and AMS. A merit graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Rick Lottie served on active duty as a Marine infantry officer from 1969 to 1974.
